Publisher's Summary

Jenny Chase has loved Asher McIntyre, her best friend's older brother, since she first laid eyes on him. But their flirting over the years never progressed as well as his career. He's the Asher McIntyre, Mr. Rising Star Politician, the congressman who is soon to be the senator to New York State. He holds a spot on every magazine's most handsome, most powerful, and most unattainable list. All while Jenny has followed her acting dream, waiting for her big break.

Asher McIntyre has never had time for a serious relationship. Work is too demanding. But he's also never stopped thinking about Jenny. When a stalker with a political agenda focuses on her, Asher can't play the role of disinterested buddy any longer. The sparks are too strong, and his alpha gene is provoked. He wants her under his arm and in his bed.

Chased - fantastic book

Great novella that Cristin writes again. Jeffrey Kafer is amazing narrator bringing the characters to life! Jenny and Asher are lifelong friends who realize they are meant to be together, but Asher isn't aware that her brother in law is the fierce Jared from Titan. Whole new ball game when that is found out and Jenny needs protection!

Quick story about Sugar’s sister Jenny and her love

Super fast novella with lots of action. The ending was very rushed so maybe there will be a bit more of this couple in future books. Jeffry Kadeem once again did a fine job with narration though I really wish for the addition of a female narrator to bring depth and more variety.

Different Than The Rest

Completely different than the other stories, only connected by secondary characters. Though an important thing happens at the end that impacts a future book. This is another short story but still packed with suspense and sexy time. The entire Titan series is overloaded with testosterone and alpha male hotness.

I review for the Guilty Indulgence Review Site.

Chased

What did you love best about Chased: A Novella?

The story was ok. It being a novella it was hard to get invested in the characters or their story.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I didn't really have a favorite character. The story was ok just didn't get as excited for this story as the other Titan stories.

What does Jeffrey Kafer bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I love the sound of Jeffrey's voice as the Titan Heros in all of Christin's Titan Books. Nobody else could do this voice but Jeffrey!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Toward the end of the book when the bad guy was caught, was glad to find out what was going on. Although a man mad because of losing his house was a bit extreme as a plot.

Any additional comments?

I love Christin Harber's Titan books. Absolutely, love listening to Jeffrey as the characters. However, this one is my least favorite from the series.
