Glad I purchased

Lots of basic stuff all in one, glad I listened and was woth it, had doughts at first however was good.

Dangerous misinformation

Many untruths. The modern Hippocratic oath that is quoted is completely inaccurate. Heavily swollen ankles and wrists can be due to heart failure, NOT criticism! Several headaches are not from worry. They can be a precursor to seizure or stroke or sign of brain tumor. Do NOT believe the medical information in this book. And OMG fibroids are not due to unexpressed creativity and , a myomectomy does NOT have a 50% complication rate! This book is dangerous rubbish!!!

Total Rubbish and Improperly Titled!

No techniques about using words. Uses her reiki narrative to push sexual experimentation dogma. Two reviews likely left by her husband and life coach. Could have been two chapters only.

Requires a second listen

I thought the title was too "self helpie", but I've been listening to the book of Job, since quarintine 2020. There is definitely some thing to affirmation and positive reflection.
