Draw down the golden light of universal healing through each of your energy-force centers with this two-part program of hypnotic suggestion and directed meditation.

In track one - Hypnosis - you will be guided through a full-body relaxation, taking you into a theta-level hypnotic state, during which you will experience the cleansing and balancing of each of your seven chakras, from crown to root, and be encouraged to practice deep breathing exercises. Then, while your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions, you will hear these impactful statements:

Next, in track two - Directed Meditation - you will undergo another chakra-balance induction and then be invited to remain in quiet during open meditation time, allowing understanding and awareness to come in, before a final chakra-cleansing closing. In this way, the reenergizing effects of track one will continue to be reinforced, and the result will be a newfound sense of aliveness and expanded awareness upon awakening.
