Publisher's Summary

Griffin: I was the golden child. The one all the Cerberus guys looked up to. Unfortunately, my not so honorable discharge from the Corps didn't get rid of the demons created while I was enlisted. I'll destroy her just like I destroyed everything else I touched.

Samson: The love I felt for my babysitter, Camryn Davison at such a young age transformed over time. By the time I saw her again at 21, I was determined to make those fantasies a reality. If only she'd see me as the man I am now and not the little boy she used to soothe when I had nightmares as a child.

Tug: I walked away from my best friend, my lover, the only man I could see spending my life with to make a career of being a Marine, but it didn't happen. Now, 13 years later, I've met a woman and a man who makes everything seem ideal. It's just my luck that one's a ghost and the other is my boss' daughter.

Scooter: I work with the Cerberus MC for the thrills, not for the glory. Saving people who've been trafficked is just a side benefit. Mia Vazquez didn't seem to get the memo. When I pulled her out of hell, she wouldn't let go. She's mine, and letting go of me doesn't mean I'll let go of her.

Contains mature themes.

despite obvious obviousness I totally enjoyed it

the narration isn't superb, but it's good enough to where you forget about them talking and get into the story.

While it's predictable, it's still enjoyable. Some serious topics are handled in a glib manner. But as with most fiction, it depends on a suspension of disbelief.

And just to be clear. It's best not to go out and find an MC expecting them to be this tame.

Love the series

The series was great, however I wished it included people of color that would have been nice.

The author Need an editor

I like the story it’s very entertaining;; however, how do use of pronouns is incorrect throughout all the books so at least it’s consistent. That’s a joke I really wish that Said had a better editor because every time something is incorrect I said correctly but there’s no one here to correct her book and it’s sad that her story is so great but her editor if she had stinks. She might’ve forgotten the editor and thought that she had it and she thought this book was perfect so she published it maybe she’s a self publisher I don’t know but the publisher should’ve read the book and said you might wanna get another editor because your pronouns are incorrect throughout the entire book series. If you read the book you will enjoy it, and hopefully you will noticeThat her pronoun use is incorrect because if you walk around the world speaking this way and you run into me; I will correct you because education is mandatory.

What Men Do

The narration was various in pitch, tone and accent fitting multiple characters. Great story.

Holy Alpha Hotness!!!

I think Marie picked the four most alpha members and put them all in one box set!!!! Every time I would finish a book I’d think “this is it, she can’t get better than this one!” By the end of the next book I would be proved wrong. This is probably my favorite box set yet!!! I can’t wait to listen to the next one!!!

I hate Inconsistency

It was a bit jarring in the last box set when we switched from hero military bikers to high school drama but the most annoying thing is lack of continuity with ages and time lines. One example( and there are many) is that in the book prior to Griffin, Gigi turns 21 while pregnant but in the next book, Ivy, her TWIN, is only 20, and she mentions it several times but Gigi had already had the baby and it is clearly forward in the time line. I bought the boxed sets during a big sale so I don’t feel like I wasted the money but still…. Glaring issues like that really make me think the author just doesn’t care enough about the story.
