Loved this one as much as the others

Slower start to this leads to more of a complex relationship. The spice is there for sure and just like her other books; is plentiful and well written. I normally like 2 narrators, but this one is good and not super cringy. I’ve read some other reviews saying they hate Vad, but he’s a bit more difficult than the others MMCs in the authors other books. I like the lead into the next book, can’t wait!

Long listen, okay story

my god, reading this felt brutally long. the story overall was good I guess, I liked the audiobook, but this felt like a marathon read.

the story itself is okay, I don't like modern stories or ties to modern life in my fantasy books, so mentions of LA / our world were disappointing (I'm trying to escape all reality here), and the pet names like "hissy kissy" were just weird and annoying.

I'm just thankful this is over, I should have probably DNFed this, but I don't hate it either

The best one yet

This has been such a heartfelt and complex story, it is ,for now, my favorite in the series. 💕 Can't wait to read the next one!
