TJR hits it out of the court again!
Carrie Soto had me on the edge of my seat, then my bed, from start to finish…which I did in one day! This book is for everyone who loves competition, but especially those who’ve dedicated their lives to their sport…and the parents who have nearly killed themselves to make their child’s dreams come true.

TJR fans will love the name dropping as well!

Taylor does it AGAIN!

Wasn't sure I'd like this one due to Carrie Soto's less than flattering introduction in Malibu Rising. Add to it the fact that I had zero knowledge (or interest) in Tennis and I was certain I wouldn't make it past the first chapter...but as usual, Taylor Jenkins Reid pulled me in and got me hooked! I loved this book. A beautifully written story about the complexities of life and love set amid the heart racing world of professional sports. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend- Get into the head and life of an elite athlete

TJR has a rare ability to not just tell a compelling story but finds the particular jargon tone and voice of the moment and subject she writes about. I am in awe. Completely enjoyed this book beginning to end.

Another Delightful Story by Taylor Jenkins Reid

Cast, story, performance, tennis details= WONDERFUL. Loved how she created a story out of a minor character in Malibu Rising. This book was so fun to read/listen to. 100% recommend!
