Sean Cronin is a composer and multi-instrumentalist whose work spans jazz, country, punk, classical, folk, early rock ’n’ roll, experimental, and theatrical music genres. He’s toured internationally, led several bands, and acted and performed with Chelsea Hotel: Songs of Leonard Cohen. Sean has been the recipient of the Grand Prix du Jazz at the Montreal International Jazz Festival, and his score for Kill Me Like You Mean It was nominated for a Drama Desk Award in 2015.

Perfect

I've listened to this so many times. It always puts me in a great mood!

Nice Compilation, Not for Sleep

I liked the music, but to me it wasn't relaxing as for sleeping, more invigorating, like morning music.

music with a calm, steady build

Peaceful and pleasant, in a 5 minute crescendo. Much faster than the actual sunrise, and longer than a typical alarm. Could be a pleasant track for a gentle yet effective alarm. A bit short if you're watching a sunrise, but longer might be too repetitive.

Would have given it 4.5 stars, except that anything short of 5 stars is severely demoted by the computer evaluation, and this deserves better than that.

Recommended if you would enjoy some nice music as you come out of meditation or are getting started on your day.

Morning meditation

This was a slightly uplifting morning type music. On the other hand I listened to it before going to sleep and it worked just fine. Over at all it is very similar to other musical meditations by the same artist.

A good look to listen to while meditating

A good look to listen to while meditating. I strongly advise anyone meditating to this music listen to it at one x speed. otherwise it doesn't sound good.

Picture is Deceiving

The picture makes it look like it's gonna be jazzy, relaxing music, but instead it's electrónica - kind of loke trance techno.

Excellent ambient

I like the variety of instruments. It has a repeating theme but not an annoying melody to get stuck in your head. It kind of builds toward the end.

Great track

It’s a good track to get your morning going. A little jazzy. A little meditative. A little EDM. Without the D part. Check it out!
