Repeats a few phrases over and over not worth it. Doesn’t. Have any relevance to sleep hypnosis as advertised.
This is not a sleep hypnosis meditation. It’s an affirmation meditation that repeats the affirmations over and over. Some of the affirmations such as “befriending” cancer didn’t sit well
