That being said I have found this book extremely helpful. It offers suggestions as to ways to hault that "It's all on me!" feeling we get from time to time. Its expresses that you need to slow down and then respond to what's happening within your mind.
I feel this is a great resource and will be recommending to friends and family.

Don’t hesitate… This is the book that you need! If you have spiraling thoughts and tend to spend a lot of time overthinking, This book has a lot of tools you can put to use right away, starting day 1. It has been really helpful, and I am now going to pass it along to my teenage son. I especially liked the CBT, DBT, and ACT tools. I didn’t know what those were before, but I can see how they work together to provide exercises that work in almost any situation.

So may good tools to stop spiraling thoughts and overthinking!
