Might be worth a read for new owners

This book was not entirely helpful irrespective of the author’s impressive experience. Notwithstanding, I continued to listen to the entire book and found some parts useful such as the licensing and inspections sections. If you are an experienced preschool director, you may want to find another book to help you get started with ownership but if you do have the time to listen, you should go for it. The author gave great examples and curated lists when elaborating on concepts such as hiring, inspection, and the child care act. In the end, all I have to say is “Do not sleep on this!”

Enjoyable and Informative

Very good book for those starting out! I've been in the childcare biz for 4 years and this book would've been helpful at the start of my career. Even though I've opened a couple centers I still found this book informative. I loved the real life scenarios and the way she delivers information in chunks that the listener can digest.

Very Informative

Very informative and inspiring, I’m glad I found this. My only complaint is the narrator, I kinda wish I would’ve purchased the book to read instead. It felt like the narrator was just reading and not into it at all and it made it kinda boring at times, but overall very informative.
