Combines many great and practical ideas...

Being a business owner myself I can really appreciate the journey the author shared with his lessons learned. I particularly liked the chapter about treating family like your number one customer. It was just the reminder I needed. This book shares solid practical advise on how to grow a healthy business over time while focusing on what’s most important at the time.

the author is relatable.

I thought the author was relatable, easy to follow and he has years of experience building his own business. I found several of his action items to be a good reminder for me to readdress at this stage in my business. he also had a nice list of book recommendations at the end several I have read and would also highly recommend. so I plan on checking out if you have his other recommendations.
