Great job on the trench warfare contain all the characters together in the end. Hope to hear more of the story.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing book, very well written! Chapter 37 is 😮‍💨. Must read for anyone that loves this genre.

Interesting mil-sci-fi with intrigue backdrop

Awesome sci-fi epic

A really gripping military scifi chronicle chopped full of all the things you want in this genre. Each book feels different from one another though they’re direct sequels and does an awesome job at keeping the story fresh while propelling Priam’s character development smoothly

Performed extremely well and is absolutely believable with a militaristic marine type of voice

story

story is was fantastic I'm only on book two but the narrator really needs to figure out how to do the job they where in the middle of a fire fight and all they did was whisper to each other. it's appreciated to see authors give older people a job but let's stay away from what could have been mind blowing story maybe let him get coffee and watch over there shoulder next time. I'll repurchase the box set if you have it re recorded

A interesting story

l have enjoyed listening to this series of books, Michael Pryer has joined the armed forces of his planet. And we find him and his company fighting what appears be a losing battle against the enemy. But he is also having to deal with internal issues with his family.

A quick start and right into the action….

The letters between family immersed you into the character and everything happening around them and at home. It took some time getting used to it, but in time, you start understanding why. Loved this book, i just wish there was a better ending. Overall, 7 out 10 as a good sci-fi type book read.

Not a bad ending

A few plots holes, actually quite a few, however overall not a bad finale. Really glad it didn’t get stretched out to 9+ books like seems to be the fad for this genre.

Great Series

I've listened to a few scifi series and have definately enjoyed this one. lots of family turmoil with space battles as he finds out how the war started. i hope there is a book 4 in this series to see a finale.
