Best book I've read -- maybe in my life!

Derek captures the essence of what each of us secretly wants to know about eliminating our BS stories and becoming real in a very clear, concise, take-no-prisoners kind of way. This book is about learning to become an adult human being who can BE, at all times, his/her greatest self. I will listen to this book over and over again, and I will recommend it to anyone who sincerely wants to create a great life!

You'll need a shovel....

The author has a brilliant approach to exposing your BS. In fact, you're left with no choice except to acknowledge its existence and then what you do from there is up to you. You aren't left hanging, quite the opposite, you'll know the next steps to take.
The information is awesome, but the brilliance is really in the delivery. The passion of the author comes through and tagged with the occasional joke here and there, it keeps the energy and flow going in such a way that it's as entertaining as it is educational.
You'll be shoveling through your BS and living a more enlightened existence in no time.
