Short Story.

This is a short novella in the Grimm Wolves series. Really great story! I suggest to read book 1 first.
Lili Victor and Matthew Winchester did an outstanding job with the narration!

Just okay for me!💜

This story grab me at first, but then kinda went in a direction I didn’t care for. The storyline had promise but the story didn’t feel complete. I loved the chemistry between the characters, as well as how the timeline was paced. Some times a story doesn’t have to be all about the sex.
The narration didn’t work for me. IMO It felt a bit over the top, like they were trying to hard. There were moments when their characters were done well but others not so much. This is book 2 with an HEA, however this story does continue.

Cute but short

Loved this story but too short lol. Def had me guessing wrong on stuff. You will want to hurry and listen to get all those questions answered that I know are running through your head as they did mine. Starting book 3 now. WooHoo!!!

Refreshingly Different - I loved it!

Bullet, a Prospect with the Grimm Wolves MC is plagued by a recurring nightmare. It’s always the same one, it never changes. He has no idea what triggers it. He falls asleep and it’s there, horrific and frightening. Bottom of the Chains-Prospect is the story of Bullet and Clementine, the woman who has captured his heart. I love the way this series is progressing. The character development is exquisite. The dialogue is smooth, the plot unpredictable and fresh. D.M. Earl, I am officially and completely All IN!

Love Bullet & Clementine!

I am truly enjoying this MC series! This second story features a prospect, Bullet. With an unknown past, he is plagued with nightmares. When brought into the ER, the feisty, red headed nurse is catches his eye. And now Grace is going to play matchmaker. Inviting Clementine to join in an evening at MC. Cupcakes in hand, she comes and now Bullet has the chance to pursue his new interest. Not only is Clemmy a diversion, the two instances he recently let the club down is weighing on his mind. Does he belong with the club? Will Clementine return his feelings? I love Bullet. His brokenness is endearing, and the way the club takes him under their wing is nothing short of true brotherhood. Clementine is sweet and lovable,and I can see how easily she fits with the MC. This is a great addition to the series, and I can't wait to see what DM Earl has in store for me next.

Lili Victor and Matthew Winchester are our story tellers,and they are perfectly cast to this book. Lili brings Clementine that feisty, red head personality with ease. She finds her essence, and lets us see her true heart. Bullet has some layers to break through and Matthew nails him. I love his ability to be tough and vulnerable at the same time. This was a fantastic listen and I really enjoyed it.

The Prospect and the Spitfire

I was totally blown away by the duet narration for this book. Both of these narrators are new to me and I love their voices. Lili Victor does an exceptional voicing the various ol' ladies in the club but she truly outdoes herself with her Southern accent for Clementine. Matthew Winchester does a great job of differentiating the Grimm Wolves bikers. Whether he is voicing the older gravelly voiced Chains or the young prospect, Bullet his range is exceptional and he makes each biker distinct from every other. I hope to hear more from these narrators in the future.
This book is the second installment in DM Earl's Grimm Wolves series. The novella focuses on Bullet, who has some pretty ugly things happen to him in the first book in the series, Behemoth, as well as in his life before the MC. I appreciate that Ms. Earl handles her younger characters with finesse and care. The young man is tortured by his nightmares and guilt that he has let his club down. However, his brothers are trying to get him to move forward. They've protected him since he came to them and they will continue to do so.
All of the characters from Behemoth appear in this book and the author does a good job catching the reader up with them. Grace, Stitch's fiancée, plays matchmaker to Bullet and a young nursing student who caught his eye, Clementine. Though she seems sweet, her red hair foretells her fiery temperament. She is every bit the match for Bullet, though she is also young. The banter with her is fun and flirty, and she gives as good as she gets. Their romance is just at the sweet beginning with the promise of more to come.
Bullet learns the truth of his nightmares and questions are answered about his troubles with the rival MC, but there is still trouble brewing with Satan's Marauders and within some of the other members of the Grimm Wolves. Time will tell how everything shakes out, and I'm anxious to see what's ahead for this series. Ms. Earl draws the reader in to care for the character and have a vested interest in the outcome of their lives. So grab your favorite beverage, curl up and enjoy the ride.

Great MC Romance Series!

This is the second book in the Grimm Wolves MC Series. I like this series! This is a series of standalone romances with intertwined characters. Tim (Bullet) and Clementine‘s story is well written, sexy, and entertaining, Bullet is a prospect in the Grimms Wolves MC. He had a horrific past, and the Grimms took him under their wings. The brotherhood in this series is truly amazing. Clementine is a nurse, feisty, sweet, and caring. She has a beautiful personality! They share an instant attraction, and a sizzling attraction. The storyline is fast-paced, and captivating. I loved to see again the characters from the first book. Lili Victor and Matthew Winchester did an excellent job with the duet narration. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listening to the next book in the series. If you like MC romance, this series is definitely for you! I highly recommend it.

I really struggled with this book the narrators had great voices but they were definitely a little rough around the edges and will be amazing with time I’m sure.
I really struggle to get into the story which is saying a lot with it being so short. But it felt like the series could really build with each book.

Short, but packs a punch

To have a better understanding of what is going on, I suggest reading book 1. This is a quick listen that left me wanting more.

Loved it

This is the second book in the Grimm Wolves MC story and I loved every word. Bullet and Clementine's story was so beautiful and heartbreaking. Looking forward to more books in this series. Loved the narration.
