Excellent holiday romcom!
Liz Maverick wrote a wonderful holiday romance in Booked for the Holidays! Andrew Eiden and Eva Kaminsky played this out so well. I cried and laughed and Wow did this really get me into the holiday spirit & wanting to decorate! I will definitely listen to this again next year. This was a lovely book, zero heat, simply adorable.

Happy happy happy read! I love this book.
It’s not often there comes along a short audiobook I love that has it all: humor, sweetness, normal and understandable disagreements, and miscommunications with adults working through them like regular emotionally mature people do. Oh and the food descriptions are divine! I want to bake the things they bake! It’s so cute how the book is about a series of cozy mysteries. The protagonists that seem real, not fake/contrived or like I wouldn’t know them in real life. This story is so believable and lively. It’s heartwarming to see mature adults in romance and not some pretend everyone is a billionaire wanting to marry their secretary stuff. Too much of that stuff out there. This is a genuine story of love, loss and healing. I wonder what a longer version of this story could be? I hope there will be more in this series.. or at least like it from the author.

a lovely celebration of a life well lived
I enjoyed hearing about all of the Hanukkah celebrations. I'm not Jewish but it was interesting to hear about all the traditions.

Very fun story line, easy to listen to. Fun holiday listen. Excellent characters, believable storyline.
