About this listen
Have you ever wondered how the best poker players in the world successfully bluff on a regular basis? Many amateurs make the mistake of mindlessly attempting sporadic bluffs because they do not fully understand when and why to bluff.
In this audiobook, world class poker professional Jonathan Little (over $6,300,000 in live tournament winnings) explains when and why to bluff in order to maximize your chances of success.
Bluffs demonstrates how to widen your ranges and force your opponents to make costly errors. In small and middle stakes cash games and tournaments, you will often find yourself playing against conservative opponents who play in a straightforward manner. Against these players, you can play a wide range with the intention of playing aggressively post-flop.
Numerous examples, featuring the play of an amateur player who got out of his comfort zone to put these tactics to the test, make it clear when you should play aggressively and the things you should consider as you do so. Each situation is explained with attention to your hole cards, stack size, position, and your perception of your opponent.
You will learn how to apply the concepts discussed in Bluffs in the real world, allowing you to win more money from poker.

A Game Changer
I've already practiced a lot of the strategies Jonathan talks about in BLUFFS online, I can't wait to use them live. This book is a must read for anyone playing low stakes tourneys.

Terminology
If you don't play poker all the time and understand all the terms he uses you will be lost. Good listen for the most part. Smart guy just know a little more than the basics before you listen.

Expand your tools at NL.
Little teaches us expaned preflop play + several post flop bluffing strategies. He teaches a merged or linier 20-25 % opening range preflop. He teaches a polorized 3 bet range preflop. Also, examines good squeeze opportunities.
Post flop he examines how and when to c bet flops, and good opportunities to stab at turns, and rivers.
He uses hands from a student who has used the principles to transform from a NITT to a LAG.
Little is great at explaining concepts, and delivers on his goal to give you more opportunities to take down more pots.

Book review
As one of the first book reviews like strategies for beating small stakes poker, buff is a basic fundamental very simplistic and the audio wasn’t all that good. For the price and what you get I would HIGHLY recommend buying Amazon’s hard back book and not the audio version.
