10 Different hands to teach 10 different lessons

The author (who is also the narrator) gives you 10 different hands to think about that teaches you 10 different lessons. I think he chooses the hands wisely, they coincide nicely with the lessons, and he does a good job making you think about the choices you have to make per hand. I'd like to have seen more circumstances and opinions given, and the narrator spoke a little too quickly where I had to back up a few times to catch the full extent of what he was saying, how he said it, etc;
Overall worth the purchase.

Just about 15 mins before I start a tournament I like to go through a pregame routine. This audio allows me to zone in.
