Consistently great advice!

As I rapidly approach my 75th birthday and retired many years ago to spend time with my grandchildren, I'm not part of the natural target audience for Steve Sims' book. I seldom find any book that I agree with on every point, but Bluefishing is an exception. All of Steve's advice is excellent.

Whether you are looking to change your professional brand in the industry, or to develop an edge in the job market, or simply to change your personal brand among friends, this book is absolutely for you!
I knew I was in for a treat when I saw that the narrator was the author himself. I found myself giggling and laughing like a little boy during the reading and motivated to take massive action after every chapter! Raw authenticity, captivating story-telling, and full of practical guidelines that can be applied, now, today. For example, I started sending voice communication to clients and friends, and I immediately saw a change in both the quality and rate of responses!
I came across this book as recommended by a mutual friend of the author himself and mentor of mine, which tells you, he actually lives and applies what he talks about! It is one of those books that I look forward to reading many times, every few months, to see what nuggets of wisdom lay buried in it throughout the years!

A must read for anyone who cares to learn about themselves

I’m only a 3rd if the way thru and so far every single word is pure gold. This is a must read/listen for ANYONE and EVERYONE on any stage they are at in their life. I can’t wait to finish it. It’s addicting.

Hard not to like this guy!

You've heard it before. More than that, you know most of it.. But you haven't heard Steve Sims put it together so comprehensively, authoritatively (we may believe), and enjoyably. It's not so much the message, it's his ability to thoughtfully, conscientiously, and realistiaclly remind you to get off your ass. A great pep talk.

I simply love the author's style and thinking about how to go after things in your life. Clear, direct and simple to execute. Is it easy? No, but he gives you what you need to make it happen in your life. Thank you Steve!

Enjoyable Listen

I didn’t even realize how long I had been listening. The guy is good at what he does and I hope some of how he goes through life has rubbed off on me just a little bit from listening to this book.

Value in every sentence

This is now one of my favorite books. It’s short but holds more value per sentence than most business books out there. The last chapter has a powerful summary that makes it easier to remember and apply learnings. Thank you for writing this book, Sims!
