If I could I would give this 10 stars!

Wow! Wow! Wow! The second book of the series is even better than the first. Grabs you from the start and doesn't slow down until the end. Khristine Hvam is my favorite narrator and her voices along with Shannon Mayer's writing make this book awesome!
I can hardly wait for the third book in the series!

Love the narrator, fabulous Author. Can hardly wait to read the third book. I know it will be as great as the first two.

Just enough suspense and hope to keep you going

The realization and transformation into her true self is satisfying. It doesn’t feel rushed or forced. It feels natural. My only irritation, though a minor one, comes from what’s at first mentioned in Chapter 3 where something happens that the first book says is impossible. It didn’t explain the change either so for people like me that notice details like that, it can be confusing or frustrating.

Just like the first book, this one has a bit of a cliff-hanger, but it’s not a desperate suspense. There’s enough hope that things aren’t doomed, enough to keep you wanting more.

Great book

I just love this series. So exciting did not put this one down. What a Great story I can't wait to get next one.

Action packed!

Another fabulous, action packed book. Another series that I can't get enough of. I love getting the other POV! This is such an emotional book. I love how strong Nix is and that she is figuring out she is so much more. I love Killian! I liked him from the first book and am glad to see more of him. He is trust worthy and willing to help. Khristine Hvam did another great job with the characters voices!

Great storyline

Shannon Maher takes us down a long tunnel of twists and turns full of emotion and anticipation. I can not wait to read the next one!

Insert Heart attack here...!

I personally love fantasy and scifi stories that mix with reality! This was the most relatable character I have found. I am not the most loving of women and boy neither is Nix! She is strong, caring, fearless. Truly my love for the pups are what kills me through this story. I leave that there though!

Nix id a fascinating strong heroin that proves in a mans world she is the best! She will never settle for less!

The narrator can make or break an audible book for me and this one made it! I love the story and the narrator. Can’t wait to listen to the next book!
