picking up the pace!

Stephanie has done an amazing job of picking up the pace of this series. The second book IS better than the first! And yes, in this book you get to discover what Nix really is!

Awesome, book 2

The book is so exciting. It was all action from start to finish. Friends betray, others stand up, strengths get stronger, loss of family, and hope is rekindled only to stall. I am so glad I tried this series. Can’t wait to move on to book 3! Highly recommend this series.

Love the audible. The narration is perfection. It kept the action buzzing and felt the pain and the loss as it happened. Love this book.

Kept me on my toes

The second book on Nix has continued to keep me on my toes. I drive for my job and these stories keep me alert for the next turn in the road and the story.

Riveted! I've got to find out what happens next!

What did you love best about Blood of a Phoenix?

I couldn't stop listening... was with Bear the entire time - what a way to end the book!

What did you like best about this story?

Non stop action. Nix is a tough, no holds, kick ass warrior that loves her son like a lioness.

Which scene was your favorite?

When Bear flies under the Shadow to grab the gun and shoots his grandfather.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Had me on the edge of my chair, tense and waiting to see what would happen next. I hate the grandfather.. great character build!

Awesome follow up!

This book just takes off where the 1st left you. Just as exciting as the 1st. Love the characters and storyline. This narrator does a fantastic job 👍
