I am very excited about the series ..glad to see the new spin off I can hardly wait for the next book in the new series

Good as always

*slight spoilers ahead*

This book has all the JR Ward staples, which makes the plot predictable, but a very enjoyable read nonetheless. I appreciated how Payton did not end up creating a love triangle between him, Paradise, and Craeg. I think his character deserved more and I hope to see him in future books! Also love the way every installment of this series takes you back into other characters whose stories were already told and gives you an update on how they’re doing. Narrator was fantastic as usual.

Excellent as always

The couple here is suppose to be young and it really felt like Ward captured the rampant urges of horny teens. As well as the emotional volatility.

Another enjoyable J R Ward book

A little predictable but I do love a happy ending for everyone but the murderer. Always works.

Another one for the shelves

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and listening to a J.R. Ward book for the first time was a bit of a change. I enjoyed the narrator's take on the characters and look forward to listening more of this narrator in the future.

Excellent start to a new Era of The BDB!

I have to admit that the BDB series was getting a little "stale". But J. R. Ward came back quite well in the 1st spinoff effort. The only thing I could say negative is that some of the dialog seemed a little forced to be "millenialish". But I am an old guy so perhaps that explains it. All in all, I enjoyed the book. But I still don't like the "Hex" thing. "Zhex" is so much sexier.

Love this whole series! A great collection to follow, love the characters and the stories. Great blend of plot and character development, with humor and great writing.

JR Ward didn't disappoint!

I love the way she thinks! The lingo she uses makes me laugh. But as usual, the characters made the story line even better!

Craig and Paradise

Probably my favorite sweet love story of the books. Jim, does a fine job of delivering the storylines, of course. In love with this one.
