Stuck with Alan's ghost following her around, Bree is in hot water now with no easy way out as she's been framed for his murder and plunked in the local pokey. Jessie's new life adjustment is well underway. The tough alpha Austin has joined her team, and she has painstakingly learned to fly. Life is going a-okay. That is, until her parents decide to visit.... They don't know anything about magic, about Jessie's new digs, or about the crazy crew living in and around Jessie's house. She must do everything in her power to keep the truth away from them. Which would be much easier without the unfelt presence lurking within Ivy House's borders. It seems an enemy has figured out a way to magically bypass Ivy House's defenses.

Over the hill, all outta ducks to give, and suddenly life is looking up...even if you're living with a ghost and fighting off werewolves. Moving back to Savannah changed my life in all the best ways. Color me surprised, when a new job lands in my lap watching over a fairy ring. Worth ten times what I’d make anywhere else, it seems too good to be true. I take it anyway. For a decade, I’ve hated the supernaturals who owned my world. I hunted them. I killed them. And now, in the most grand twist of fate - I am bonded to one of them. Oh, the irony. Being a supernatural bounty hunter isn’t exactly a popular job. But after the magic wars, there aren’t many things a human can do that will put food on the table. The day after my 43rd birthday, my husband announced he was trading me in - his words, not mine. The news was unwelcome at the time, but honestly? I needed a good goosing to get up and find my way to the door. So I was freed from the giant manual of expectations authored by my ex. That was the good news. The flip side was less happy. Due to living in a state not friendly to discarded wives, I was also relieved of the financial "security" I'd spent a lifetime accruing.

When a jaguar shifter drops in and asks for help in tracking down an ancient blood-magic statuette, I say no thank you. I learned a long time ago the key to survival is keeping a low profile. But it's hard to ignore an artifact of the gods powerful enough to blow holes in reality. Enter stalker werewolves in a black Mercedes and magicians trying to capture me. They all think I know where the damned statue is. Then I'm attacked by demons. It wouldn't be so bad, but some of them are really rude. Being rude is a capital crime where I come from. Publisher's Summary
Scorned by her family. Banished by her kind. Hunted by zealots.
Where does an exiled Fairy Queen hide?
A remote mountain cabin, the seedy underbelly of a metropolis, or an uninhabited island. All would be good choices, however, after hundreds of years on the run, the daughter of Oberon, King of the Wild Fairies, signs a binding contract with the zealots that hunt her. In exchange, they allow her to settle down in the last place anyone would look for fairy royalty.
Adopting the name Grace Ann Bryant, the Queen buys a double-wide and moves into a trailer park in the one-horse town of Shady Grove, Alabama. Her contract requires her to lend aid to the local sheriff, Dylan Riggs, when supernatural problems arise.
But when two children go missing, the humans point to the trailer park queen helping the sheriff, and the zealots point at the exiled fairy. Grace must decide whether to fight for her innocence or break her contract returning to life on the run.
Bless Your Heart is a southern urban fantasy that will make you laugh, cry, and laugh until you cry, as Grace wrestles with the dark fairy inside herself and starts to see that she’s more than just trailer trash.

Trailer trash... as in intentional promiscuity
I passed by this book in the pass, because I am uncertain what is in any audiobook or ebook until I get it, and the reviews are only as helpful as the person who wrote them. In this case the basic story idea is great, and the narration is acceptable, but in almost no time, The main character and several others are completely casual about repeatedly having sex with the intention to avoid commitment. It is described as a fundamental attribute of the fey and an embraced standard of those who are close to the fey. It is utterly contradictory to any level of decency suggested by the summary, the title, and the cover. As far as I managed to listen there was very slow progress to the story because of all the wasted sidelining talk about living as immorally as possible to avoid personal attachment. The very notion of this and the attitude of the main character is so unnatural to any human mind that the story idea is neglected and the characters no longer seem real enough to follow. The only reason my overall rating was 2 rather than 1, is that the characters are at least completely open about being the stereotypical human-ish beings called trash, the main character living in a trailer park. At the very least I want this book deleted from my library. Better still would be a way to flag it and others I am lucky enough to investigate more fully ahead of time as blacklisted. Then they would not show in normal book searches and cause me to accidentally purchase them.

I loved this book. The story is different and fresh, and filled with laugh out loud moments.
This was a fun and easy read/listen and the narrator did a fantastic job with all the different voices.

Fairies & the deep south, what's not to love?!
It's such an odd and unexpected combination - a Fae queen who lives in a trailer park and speaks with a thick southern drawl? But it just... works, somehow. Such a fun book that will make you question everything you think you know! #AudiobookObsession #AuralFixation

outstanding!
The narrator is perfect. Having already read the book, I knew what was going to happen; however the narrator brings the story to life. Fairy folk, love, loss, family & good old southern life from the food, manners, colloquialisms, & trailer park highjinx are found in every chapter. If you like urban fantasy mixed with fairy tales and comedy this is the book for you. Highly recommend!

I really liked this!
Kimbra Swain puts a new spin on paranormal! Grace is a fairy queen... who lives in a small town in the south...in a trailer park. She has spent her time there helping the sheriff, whom she falls for but won’t let herself have because he’s human and she doesn’t want to hurt him.
When things start to happen in the small town, she works harder to find a killer... lots of things happen and she finds out not all is as it seems. Can she live with what has happened? Can she make things better or should she leave?
I really enjoyed this! Kiera Stevens was excellent with the narration of this story!!

Great Story!
I started this book with no idea what to expect, and I was delightfully surprised! I lived it and as soon as I finish this review, I will be heading for the next book! While the start of a series, this can easily be read as a stand alone. You will, however, not be happy to end it with this book! LOL There is humor, some suspense but nothing super intense, a great cast of characters that I can't wait to get to know better, subtle romance, some warm moments but nothing explicit, and ALL of the feels! Excellent book, excellent narration, and now I'm off to get the next!

Sweet, Sexy & Southern
Okay, I take great offense to that one negative review based on promiscuity. Blacklist? Really?!? This was so tame, hardly ANYTHING happened besides a few kisses. Then the only steamy scene was of a fond memory. Also, this is the first time I've listened to Keira Stevens without a British accent (loved her work for Rina Kent's "Royal Elite" series). She does a good job with the Southern accent (though I'm curious, do they really say *v-hickle*?).
As for the story, Levi completely stole my heart; same goes for Winnie. If only Grace would have went for him instead... (That's the reason why I docked a star. That, and I absolutely hated Amanda. :P) Overall, I would definitely listen to the next book. Fifteen in all in this series, lawdy I hope they'll all be released as audiobooks too. #AudiobookObsessionReviewer

A Fantastic Urban Fantasy Romance!
Bless Your Heart, is an urban fantasy romance, the series takes a new and fresh approach to the Fae. The premises of the storyline is unique, very entertaining, and engaging, with lots of hilarious scenes and dialogue. The characters are refreshing and charming, particularly Grace. She has depth to her personality and not a perfect heroine; she has her issues, is aware of her flaws, and overcomes them. I liked her a lot.
The narration is fabulous. Keira Stevens captivates the listeners with her performance, further immersing you into the story. Overall, this is a well-written tale with an excellent plot and marvellous characters. This is an enjoyable story, and I highly recommend it to all UF romance enthusiasts.

Easy to listen to
The story didn't go where I was expecting when I started to listen. Kimbra Swain writes in a way that is different to this genre of stories, so pleasantly surprising . It was an easy to listen to audiobook not intense but gentle anticipation I would say. Narrated well by Kiera Stevens this audiobook has good characterisation. I categorise audiobooks in either one or other of the following the feel of being read to or, listening to a movie, this was the former.

I found this to be a light easy listen, there wasnt alot of drama or on the edge of your seat bits, it was easy going and light, the narrator had a nice reading voice, over all it was a nice listen if your looking for something like this then go for it. audiobook obsessions reviewer 🎧

Unusual story, beautifully narrated
I liked the unusualness of this story, it's an idea that I haven't come across before and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I did have a bit if a niggle with the writing where certain bits grated on me as I felt they appeared too many times, maybe that's just when you're listening? Even so I really loved the characters and the story kept me engaged and intrigued right till the very end. Keira Stevens' narration added beautifully to the story and brought it to life so well.

🎧Review for Audiobook Obsession 🎧
This story was so much fun! Grace is one of those people that you know you could kick your feet up on the porch rail and bs with and just the idea of a Fae Queen living in a trailer park blew my mind. Kimbra this is a big 5 stars and can’t wait for the next Fairy tale in this series.
Keira did a fabulous job narrating these characters.

Distracted
The story was really good, and I did enjoy it, Grace was a great character she made me laugh out loud. However, the “I said, He said” after every sentence of conversation started to get a bit tedious a little way in and continued like that throughout, it kind of distracted me from the what was actually going on.

What a start
Not normally a paranormal listener, I grabbed this because I really enjoy Keira Stevens, and once again, the narrator has turned me on to a new author! Kimbra Swain has created a fantastic world. Grace, the Queen of the Wild Faeries is hiding in the least conspicuous place, a trailer park in her double wide. No one would think to look for her there, but as we know, things are never as they seem. There is a cast of quirky likable characters and a story that just keeps adding to the suspense. The twists and turns kept me interested, the action is fast paced and the murder and mystery had me on the edge of my seat. Add in the supernatural powers and it just enhanced the entire plot!
Keira Stevens gives an amazing performance, so many voices, each distinct and fun. This is a great story for a narrator to sink their teeth into, and Stevens rises to the occasion! Love her portrayal of this story.

I’d willingly be a subject!
This is a warm, funny and engaging yarn with characters that I want to invite over and a pacey plot that keeps you metaphorically turning the pages.
There’s something unexpected around every corner but it’s seamlessly woven together to take you on the journey.
The slow unveiling of the fantasy universe is brilliantly done without appearing contrived. It’s definitely one of my favourite series.

Fantastic!
Really enjoyed the heroine's character and personality! She was so unique and fun to listen to. Liked all the characters throughout the whole audiobook. Great storyline, suspense, mystery and sexy! Can not wait to jump into the next book in this series!!! Fantastic paranormal romance :) The narrator was new to me and I really enjoyed her voice and how well she brought the whole story to life.
