Great horror short

I really liked the story and narration of this relatively quick listen. Good tension & suspense. I have not read this author before but will look for her other books.

Best of the series

This is my favorite of the series. Narration was great. Story was engaging and well paced.

Good story

Parts with the kids were annoying at times and the unnatural way Sam handled Hank at first is why I knocked off a star.

Great short story full of dread

It's Slower paced at first, but starts moving faster and faster toward a gripping final act.

Scary but a little confusing!

This was a good story, scary in all the best ways. But there are a few details I didn't really understand. I think it switches time periods once or twice but I'm really not even sure. Even with the confusion, though, it was a really good story.

What a fun little story! Love the originality me the humor. I'll be checking out more Baker!

howlingly good

I like how, through this whole series, there is a subtle undertone that gives a nod to some of the realities in today's world/society that should terrify us all far more than the Creature Feature stories themselves. All without ever using this as a platform for political discourse the way Stephen King did in Holly.

Big Bad - Too Short

This was a pretty good story. The Audio was good and the book was paced appropriately for a short-story. I felt the dialog was a bit clunky in parts, but overall I enjoyed it. I think this would have been better if it was longer and had more time to explore some of the characters and build up their personalities.

Interesting spin on werewolves

I really wasn’t sure how it would end. Left me feeling a little bummed rather than creeped out or scared. Narration was good.
