Excellent spoken - but music attempts to drown out

This is an excellently spoken narration - but the music attempts to drown out the Word. Interesting that Satan was the choirmaster in heaven and tried to take over but was thrown out. Perhaps having music drown out the Word - is that the devil's attempt at drowning out the Word of God???

Love Bible Alive... The name fits

I just read through a chronological bible which as a little confusing and the orator's voice was sometimes a hard to hear. Then i found this book of John and I love it! I love the dramatization I like Steven Johnston's voice and the voices of the other people. I just bought the whole Bible Alive and even though I just finished reading a Bible I am gonna start all over again because I'm falling in love with listening to it on Audible

Timeless words wonderfully spoken.

A beautiful presentation of the word of when life. I wish audible would do a full New Testament in this style WITH chapters that corresponded to the Biblical chapters. my only grow with their Bibles is that the absurd way they divide it into chapters makes it every hard to navigate through there scriptures.
