Who knew the wolf I saved would be my fated mate?

When I found an injured wolf outside the Witches' Brew, I couldn't leave him to suffer alone. Taking him home, I nursed him back to health. Little did I know he was actually a wolf shifter, investigating a series of unusual activities happening outside of Pleasant Grove.

I thought I was done with romance, but as I get to know the man behind the wolf, my heart slowly starts to open again. The looks of longing and the sizzling connection between us can't be denied, and the longer he stays with me, the more I start hoping for things I know I shouldn't.

Only Barrett is keeping secrets of his own, threatening everything I've ever known. But when the truth is revealed, what happens when it all comes crashing down on both of us?

A spicy witch x wolf shifter, only one bed, paranormal romance from bestselling author Jennifer Chipman.

Bewitchingly Hers is the third book in the international bestselling series, The Witches of Pleasant Grove. While this book is a standalone, it is highly recommended that you listen to the series in order for your best enjoyment.

If you liked the other books in this series, you will like this one just as much, if not more. It's absolutely adorable, but also pretty spicy.

That being said, the narrators, while not bad narrators, were a poor fit for this story. The male narrator was pretty ok, but he has a habit of over-enunciating to the point of irritation. Please don't do that. Also, when it says IN THE TEXT "this dude can't get rid of his New England accent" maybe that means he needs a New England accent (hey, they didn't specify Boston or Maine or Vermont/NH, so there ya go! Plenty of selection!) but maybe not..what was that? Like Bela Lugosi? I don't even know what he was trying to do there.

The female narrator, I really hate it say it, was worse. Her voice for the MMC is truly, painfully, awful. I don't know what kind of accent she's doing. Ukrainian? Generic Slavic? The dude's from Vermont. What the actual hecking heck! It was TERRIBLE.

That being said, nobody egregiously mispronounced words and their pacing was fine. Just some exceptionally off-putting accent choices.

A good story with poorly fitted narrators
