Great insight and reflection as a business owner and parallels in personal development

Great behind the scenes look at what it takes to run a community minded business. Individual breakouts after each chapter adds another layer of depth to relationships and insights discovered along the way. Good for anyone wanting to own a business or looking at personal development.

I should ignore descriptions more often...

This book has been quite a good surprise. It is a cross between an audio book and a podcast. Even though I knew nothing about the topic I've learned a lot. As one who is self employed there are things I can take away to inspire me to do better in many aspects of business. As a book to inspire me to help others to reach their goals and help me think of better ways to do that it has been a pleasure to read. Highly recommend it!

Full on good stuff

Jason did a great job in here. And there is so much with the interviews, and he is so sincere on it that looks like we know everything about him.
But about fitness itself is great, the very beginning of CrossFit and going through many many aspects of a coach’s life, a CrossFit gym owner’s life. I could learn a lot with the mistakes for sure! 😂 jokes aside, this book is pretty good to people like me, full time coaches that dream about having their on space with their own footprint. Full of content, real things that anyone should know before opening their box. Definitely worth the money and also the time on it! Congrats, you put your heart on it and we can see it! Thanks for it!
