Applying my power
I’m a white male that is not a Manager in my workplace. Listening to Mr. Perry’s book has given me new motivation, to develop what’s called in the basketball world a “Shooter’s Mentality”. Even though I’m not a Manager, I have a voice and motivation, I can apply over & over again to improve inclusiveness in my workplace.
