A wonderful beginner guide to starting hearing about essential oils & their uses. Very informative & filled with good information, planned, so to look up each oil as needed. Happy to be getting into this natural therapeutic model of health & healing.

Detailed audio book on DIY natural remedies

Not familiar with herbal tinctures. I’m glad that I explored this audio book. The recipes on essential oil recipes are very specific and offers supplemental health guides.

Great guide for newbies to the world of essential oils. Lots of beneficial tips and advice throughout this one. Happy I decided to give it a listen. Can't wait to start using what I learned. I never realized how many things essential oils could be used to treat. Highly recommend!

A comprehensive herbal guide for any beginners! I'm a fan of DIY and when i found this i grab it right away plus the fact that i'm into oils for pain relieves or some other ailments, these will help me how to make my own. Ot covers everything in this book, about what i need to know in order to gain more about essential oils, its uses/or how to apply properly, make my own herbal tinctures and infused oils, and also knowledge in making salves and balms for various ailments. All the combinations of ingredients do sound useful and helpful. This will be a great book to start and put a business!

I am learning ailment by ailment how to care for my family with all natural remedies all because of this book. It is so nice not only to know what oils will help with issues, but to also have a recipe to follow for treatments.
