An emotional roller coaster

This was not my usual read. I loved the intimate depiction of family dynamics. The love triangle. End of life choices. So emotional. So good!

Beautifully written, excellent narration

I truly enjoyed this book. The story was tender and heartbreaking. I loved the complexity of the characters. The narrator was perfect, i will definitely be listening to some of her other content. I can’t wait for the sequel!

Great book it's not just a love story.

What I like mostly is the different topics touched upon throughout the story. Such as family dynamics, homosexuality, death and dying, alcohol/drugs, etc.

Such a sad story told so beautifully!

Wow did this book surprise me. I wasn’t expecting such depth of characters, emotions, and a big dose of real life. So many times did I gasp audibly, laugh aloud, and cry (more than I care to admit). This story struck a cord in me for some reason and will stay with me for a long time.
