I always thought of myself as a good listener but after listening to this I now realize there is so much more to being a good listener then just hearing someone’s words. I found a lot of value in this and think most people could really benefit as well. I loved the way it was presented as well.

Save your money
This book was not what I thought it would be. It was all common etiquette, with no real tips or pointers to be charismatic.
