I found this book very entertaining with more than several, “I know what you mean”.
The book helps women and young girls understand how they should be looking at life and their place in it.
I recommend this book be read as a pre-teen and reviewed every few years.

Great starting point for self-care
There are so many good tips in this book, and the author reads it so well. It’s definitely a great starting point/ surface scratcher for self care. I only wish the author would have included a bit more than her experience in the ‘our bodies’ section but overall I’d give it a 9/10.

Perfect pick me up
This book by Chessie King is just what I needed to start believing in myself! listening to her stories of when she was younger was like looking in the mirror! I giggled along what she bravely spoke about some home truths. A must read.

Fun and but for younger readers
Fun to listen to, I laughed a few times! But I found the advice to be quite surface level. I think it’s best suited to younger readers.
