Publisher's Summary

Discover how you can be fearless by using the power of your mind!

We face a lot of foes in this world, but who would have known that the greatest foe would be inside of us? Fear and anxiety paralyze us in a way that nothing else can. They can render the greatest heroes powerless and the strongest of men helpless. They are personal struggles given to us when we are born into the world, and we must continue to face them as our lives go on.

But this struggle is a gift, not a curse, for it is a challenge meant to turn us into stronger, better versions of ourselves. Knowing that fear is a creature of the mind, it can just as well be corralled and destroyed by the mind. And by applying the strategies mentioned in this audiobook, you will have the tools to do so.

Great narration, energetic book

A great, short, energetic talk about the power of fear. The narrator delivers the text really well and maintains a really good flow throughout while the text reminds us about the danger of giving into fear in our lives.

Listened twice

I have been struggling with parenting two young boys and realized I was paralyzing myself because of my own learned fears. This book has showed me to look deeper and ask more questions or clarity and properly educate myself....

Poor choice on my part.

This book may be useful to some. But for me pretending to be someone else is a poor example for masterminding the idea of becoming fearless. I was looking for good tools for improvement. Very disappointed and a waist of money. I don’t know how this book received a 4.5 star rating.
