Excellent Military SciFi

A very good end to a very good trilogy. Trent Sparks is great and I hope he does more books for the Battletech series.

Third book in the series and guality keeps its high standart. I loved the performence from the begining to the end. I would prefere second performer for womens voices, but that is nit picking. Keep up good work. I hope after more than 20 years I finaly will learn what happened after price of glory book. I never had a chance to buy anything about Grey death legion past thoe three books in my country.

Great story with great themes

You might argue that the lead, Carlyle, is a bit of a Mary Sur, but the story and performance are engaging. It’s a fun listen.

A stunning conclusion to the first Grey Death Saga

By all the gods in space, what a finish to the trilogy. Grayson Carlysle and his Grey Death Legion are finishing their mercenary work in the employ of the Free Worlds League of House Marik. Their reward? A landhold to call their own on the planet Helm.

As they are departing their duty station to go to their new home, a plan is set into motion that sees Grayson and the Legion branded as renegades, criminals of the worst kind.

As everything they hold dear comes under attack, the Grey Death must battle to survive while unfolding the plot against them.

This book is easily one of my favorites in the series as a whole, and this production makes it even more so.

The narrator is still excellent, my only qualm being that one of the antagonists sounds like a borderline parody, but it suits him. Some excellent tricks have been included in this book, such as digital distortion for radio calls, and even A FREAKING SONG. It gave me chills, honestly.

With action, intrigue, emotion and pathos, this book will never fail to remind you:

Home is the Regiment.

Excellent!!

Thus far, the great death Legion saga books continue to get better and better. This one, like the last two, grabs your attention and holds on with a white knuckled grip. The combat is excellent in the drama is interesting but not overwhelming for boring. I am looking forward to more Battletech legends, especially the gray death legion saga.

Great finish for a trilogy!

Narrator was fantastic! Memorable & moving when the regimen sang in support of their young commander. Battle scenes were gripping and you felt you were in the middle of the action. The story twisted and turned, who was friend or foe? I was on the edge of my seat wondering how Greyson was going to pull the Grey Death out of the trap that had all odds stacked against them.

Sets the stage for so much more

If you want to understand the rest of the fiction this helps set the stage in great ways for almost every facet of the Inner Sphere, in at least small part.
