Since the prayers aren’t identified it helps to write down the numbers of favorite prayers. You can also slow it down to savor each word.

Wonderful resource

For those who prefer listening with eyes closed rather than reading, and can memorize more easily audible input, this audio book is great. The reader's sometimes different syllabic emphasis and pronunciation are refreshing.

I have trouble getting to sleep, have found out that if I set it on sleep for 15 minutes I get a good night sleep every time .
