Publisher's Summary

She was the mysterious woman in the long black cloak. He was the sexy guy next door. They shared a common wall between their Capitol Hill townhouses and not much else...until disaster scored a direct hit on the mystery woman's bedroom and the sexy guy's heart. He baked her a cake, she learned to throw a football, there were some misunderstandings in the living room, some mishaps in the yard, and some romantic moments everywhere.

SO SO

I usually rip through Evanovich's stories, but this one did not keep me sitting in a parked car with the motor running. It was predictable, scattered and not funny.

okay

this book was not as funny as I expected. It had it's moments but it's not a stephanie bond quality. Not a bad read if you aren't into the bond series. I guess I keep comparing everything to that and it seems as though the characters are repeated in this book just slightly different but not enough to make it better. Could only give it a 3 because it's not bad, not awsome, but not bad either.

Funny and lighthearted...

This was a most pleasant listen. I found myself smiling and even giggling out loud. You couldn't find two characters to like any more. The plot was a little outlandish but thats what generated the humor. The reader was a little stilted at first but all in all she did the voices pretty well. I was sorry to hear it end. I'm going to look for other books by Ms Evanovich.

Back to the Bedroom

I absolutely enjoyed this audio with Katherine Finn and David Dodd. And Elsie with her Cadillac sounded very familiar. She was in another Audio that I listen to. I am so glad that Kate and Dave one day will get married, and live in a family home with lots of bedrooms. I truly enjoyed this audio.

Another Great Evanovich Hit

In typical Evanovich style, thus was funny and kept my attention from beginning to end. Performance was also great.

Super Easy Listening

Typical Janet Evanovich. Lots of aspects reminds me of Stephanie Plum and her boarder of Gandma Mazur. Light, entertaining and forgettable.
