Absolutely loved the experience of listening to book 5, Rebound Control. This series is about love, the human story, and an idea of what a more perfect world might be.

Can’t love a book more!!!

Seriously that was an amazing love story. Protect our Elliott at all costs - I understand ad he is similar to my brother so I just wanted to protect him! Wonderfully narrated by Iggy Toma and JF Harding - Jodi Oliver has created such an amazing group of guys. Love how their romance is beautifully bookended in the book. I just want to keep reading more of this crew’s story!!!

Rebound Control

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, the final one in the Chicago Thunder series. The Thunder found family was entertaining as always. They were genuinely supportive, caring, and loving toward Elliot (aka El) and Hunter. El, the sweet ball of energy, ray of sunshine, full of Golden Retriever vibes, was so lovable. My goodness, how could you not love El? He was a sensitive soul with a pure heart. He was the absolute BEST! Hunter, the kindhearted, compassionate, black cat in this story, was endearing. He was emotionally intelligent and he could readily discern El's wants and needs.

The electricity that coursed between El and Hunter felt palpable. They were in need of a romantic connection; something they had been lacking for years. They filled the void that was evident in their personal lives. As they slowly began to explore their emotional and physical attraction to each other, their connection deepened. The kinetic energy between them was magnetic. Their desires and passions set them alight 🔥, which led to some spicy moments 🌶 that were filled with sensuality.

They became each other's priority, providing comfort and a sense of security. They balanced one another out without trying, easing the anxiety that coursed within them. They served as the equilibrium for each other's mental health and wellbeing, whilst lending physical and emotional support.

Through El's and Hunter's openness, vulnerability, communication, understanding, trust, honesty, compassion, commitment, acceptance, deep adoration, support, and love, they paved a way to their "Inevitable". They finally got their Happily Ever After (HEA) together as fiancés and eventually as husbands. When their HEA finally came to fruition, the outcome was pure perfection. This book was fulfilling and the narration was awesome. I would definitely recommend reading the entire Chicago Thunder series.
