Continues the intrigue

This book puts a lot of the first storyline into a conclusionary state, not completely but a lot. But it leaves with just as great of a cliffhanger.

Disappointing

The MC at only lvl 30 is the best swordsman in 2 worlds and is never challenged. He meets the most powerful beings and is given incredible gifts that already rival the kings. No real conflict. He weeps for soldiers and townsfolk, but not his hunters who get killed. I can only guess by lvl 40 he will be defeating gods and given planets tokens as rewards. I like the authors previous books and the narrators are great, but really disappointed at the lack of real challenge and how soft this character and book turned out.

Garbage

This is trash. Hyper emotional weakling one second morally amibigous murderer the next..... The protagonist is poorly developed and what's more so the narrators are both terrible.
