Great story

Such a great story. I absolutely love the relationship between the characters. I really enjoyed getting more background information on Jun's past with Gavin his HATED mate. We also meet JarekThe Dragon shifter. Super excited for the next book.

Very good

I truly enjoy listening to the body about the characters are really quite addicting, and the book kept me captivated the whole time. I was listening to it.

Wonderful story.

I really enjoyed this book, I never really liked the circus and now it’s even more questionable. The strength and determination that Jarek demonstrated was incredible especially after learning about his past experiences. Then to find out that he had a few mates in the mix was also surprising. The story was pretty involved with lots of different characters and how they all fit together. I definitely recommend this book to everyone who loves mm romance stories that get you thinking.

Second Book of Shifters of the Chinese Zodiac MM Series

Jun Shen, snake shifter, the morally gray character from the previous book, Year of the Rabbit, becomes one of the main characters of this book. More of his murky background is revealed as he endeavors to free Jerak Millan, enslaved dragon shifter. Dealing with both distant past and present issues, Jun wrestles to not get mired in even darker situations.

Levi and Elliott the main characters from Year of the Rabbit are revived in this book as well as new to the reader characters are introduced and developed.

There is definitely more to this series in future books yet to be written. Basically, there are cliffhangers that are not completely resolved, so expect to be left wondering until the next book is released.

An amalgamation of genres include, Paranormal Shifters, Chinese Zodiac, LGBTQI andBDSM. This is book/series includes very dark subjects that the reader should be aware of before listening/reading. Pay attention to Content and Trigger warnings.

Bret Mykel does an outstanding job narrating so that you can follow the various characters. Hopefully, the repetition issues are resolved from those found in the ALC copy my review is based on.
