Just a delightful main character and great British setting. I listened to it in 3-4 days at the beginning of November to set the tone for the weeks ahead. It’s fun to get a head start on holidays, winter, early dark evenings, and well-written romances.

Good storytelling

This high quality holiday tale is a good road map to finding your courage to start over and thrive in your new life. The storytelling has good pacing and lots of obstacles to overcome, too.

The humor and the fun play between the characters

I loved the playful of this light happy story. Super fun as we enter the Christmas season.

This was adorable! Such a good book to get you in the fall/Christmas mood. A clumsy girl who can’t keep a job has her life turned upside down when her boyfriend breaks her heart. Her new job takes her to a life she couldn’t dream of!
