Twenty Something is a raw, honest community for people in their twenties (or anyone who still feels like they are). Here we overshare, laugh at our own chaos, and unpack what’s called the ‘defining decade’—all in an effort to set ourselves up for the future and build the lives we actually want. With a mix of real talk, expert advice, and dinner-chat energy, it’s for the dreamers, the overthinkers, the ones still paying off student loans while Googling ‘how to be an adult,’ and anyone who secretly wonders if they’ll ever make it to the dream life they’ve always imagined. Basically, it’s your group chat—but with a little more wisdom and a lot more honesty. Thanks for being here!

  • Trusting Hope Again: Infertility, IVF, and Pregnancy Loss with Ashley Rose
    Oct 28 2026

Infertility and pregnancy loss touch so many lives, yet so much of the pain is carried in silence. There are appointments no one knows about, disappointing results, and questions that don’t have answers, all while work continues, friends announce pregnancies, and people ask how you’re doing.

How do you keep showing up when you’re anything but “fine”? How do you let yourself hope again when hope has hurt this much? And how do you support someone you love through something you may never have experienced?
In this episode of Twenty Something, Olivia sits down with Ashley Rose to talk about her journey through infertility, IVF, and the loss of her daughter, Ruby. After years of trying to become a parent, Ashley was six months pregnant when she learned at a routine appointment that Ruby had passed away.
Ashley opens up about grieving the daughter she fought so hard to have, feeling angry at God, and finding her way forward with her husband. Together, Olivia and Ashley explore what it means to support someone whose pain you can’t fix, make room for joy without feeling guilty, and find the courage to try again without knowing how things will turn out.
Ashley also shares the fear and hope that accompanied her pregnancy with her son, Rocky, and why finally bringing him home didn’t mean the struggle was over. She speaks honestly about postpartum depression, anxiety, and getting the help she needed.
Whether you’ve lived through these experiences or want to better understand someone who has, this conversation is an invitation to look beyond “I’m fine,” show up for each other, and open yourself to the possibility of trusting hope again.

  • “I Didn’t Recognize Myself” - Surviving Abuse & Finding Your Voice with Gina Beus
    Oct 21 2026

On this weeks episode of Twenty Something, Gina Beus is sharing her story of surviving a six-year abusive relationship, losing herself along the way, and eventually finding the courage to use her voice. Years after escaping, Gina learned that her abuser had been arrested for what he did to another woman. When authorities asked other victims to come forward, Gina faced a terrifying decision: stay silent or tell the truth about what had happened to her. She chose to speak. Her words were ultimately used in his sentencing, and today, her abuser is in prison.

Gina opens up about the red flags she ignored in the relationship, the fear and manipulation that kept her stuck, the shame that made her hide what was happening from the people she loved, and the moment she looked in the mirror and realized she didn’t recognize herself anymore.

Olivia and Gina discuss why people stay in relationships they know aren’t healthy, how people-pleasing can slowly teach you to ignore your own boundaries, what abuse can look like when there aren’t obvious signs from the outside, and how to support someone you love who may not be ready to leave.

But Gina’s story doesn’t end with what happened to her. Olivia and Gina also talk about rebuilding confidence, learning to trust yourself again, strengthening your voice through small everyday moments, and deciding what you will and won’t accept in a relationship. Gina shares how she found her way back to herself, eventually found a safe and healthy love with the man who is now her husband, how she teaches her daughter about healthy love, and why knowing your own worth can change the relationships you choose.

Whether you’ve experienced abuse yourself, watched someone you love go through it, or simply want to better understand what these relationships can look like, this conversation is an important one.

You have a voice. And it is never too late to find your way back to yourself.

  • Uncertainty, Fear, and Who You’re Becoming with Natty Lewis
    Oct 15 2026

This week, Olivia sits down with one of the most influential mentors in her life, Natalyn “Natty” Lewis. Natty first came into Olivia’s life as her high school soccer coach, but the lessons she taught her then have followed Olivia well into her twenties.

Natty is a speaker, executive coach, entrepreneur, and business strategist who has spent more than 26 years studying human behavior, leadership, and what helps people move forward when fear tells them to stay exactly where they are.

Together, Olivia and Natty talk about why uncertainty can feel so uncomfortable in your twenties, what’s actually happening when your brain starts sounding the alarm, and why being afraid doesn’t necessarily mean you’re on the wrong path.

They also unpack one of Natty’s biggest lessons: stop focusing so much on the outcome and start paying attention to who you’re becoming along the way.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • Why your twenties can suddenly feel more anxious and uncertain

    • How fear can keep you stuck even when the “cage door” is wide open

    • Why trying to avoid difficult emotions can actually make them feel bigger

    • How to separate what you can control from the outcomes you can’t

    • Why failure doesn’t have to mean you’re moving backward

    • How to create a vision for your life without knowing exactly how it will happen

    • What it looks like to keep moving forward even when you’re scared

If you’ve been wondering what comes next, feeling afraid to hope again, or putting pressure on yourself to have your entire life figured out, this conversation is for you.
