Fantastic story! Amazing narrator! From start to finish this book had my attention and not a second less.

Charming, funny, a bit spicy

This was an absolute delight! I loved the sentient magical house, the characters, the magic! Spice that was part of the plot. It’s almost like the author wrote the exact cozy romantasy I was hoping for. I loved it!

Delightful and engrossing

AJ Lancaster might be the most underrated fantasy writer alive. This book was genuinely difficult to turn off. I enjoyed it so much I bought it in print. The characters were complex, hilarious, and lovely reading companions. Intimate scenes were natural and much sexier than expected for such an otherwise cozy experience. And this narrator was absolutely PERFECT!! I hope AJ Lancaster uses her for all future projects with femme leads! She voiced a full cast of characters seamlessly.
