Good, not stellar

Aaron Shedlock did an anazing job with his performance. I found the female narration greatly lacking when performing male roles. Otherwise it was an entertaining listen.

Patriot & Cellia

Overall the story was an okay.
The story lacked depth and character growth.
There was angst, no cheating, bullying, some drama.
Patriot is the club’s VP and had an instant attraction towards Cellia and over time their relationship grew.
Cellia is a waitress just making ends meet, shamed for being a plus sized women, low self esteem and verbally abused by OW from the club.
The male narrator’s voice is like butter.

Sensitive and Strong

Iv’e been looking forward to this book for a while,
It deals with Self in more than one way.
It deals with real and valid feelings.
It deals with being normal and special and unique.
I absolutely loved it.

there is a strong Bully theme in here if that is a trigger you might want to watch it BUT i think it could be seen as healing.

Love the romance and the growth.

The female is the definition of doormat. He walks all over her. He wax’s a lot of crap but doesn’t follow through. It is written really well though and kept my interest even if I wanted to slap the woman fifty percent of the book. I really wished she made him grovel even a little, but…doormat.also Stephi worst friend ever I thought she should have had her friends back, not the guy in the wrong.

missed the mark

curvy girl stories where she instantly forgives sh!tty behavior...no thanks. more development was needed and I hated how quickly she moved on from how he "had" to treat her. definitely not my style of story
