my heart melts for this couple

Absolutely love, sweet Miller and Sophie. Sometimes I just really want to shake Miller and say open your mouth but all in all adorable heartwarming story.

Loved the entire Vegas Aces series and the Nash Brothers series, but this is my least favorite.

Two friends of nearly twenty years, and they can’t have an honest conversation? They love each other but are so “scared” and fragile that they would rather walk away? Are these adults or children? Can we write books about adults who can act like adults in their adult relationships. These are 30 something people. Not 16 year olds. Let’s normalize writing about people with communication skills and some backbone. What a couple of whiny, weak people in this story. Ugh. I wish I would have kept my $15
