It was supposed to be the perfect Christmas… until it went from cozy to crowded.

A secluded log cabin with snow-covered hills and crackling fires. Pure bliss. Or at least that was what my best friend and I had planned. But plans change when his twin brother decides to crash our holiday escape.

Hendrix is steady, kind, and always by my side. Wilder is, well… wild. He's everything I shouldn't want while his twin—my best friend—is the perfect guy. Not that he's ever looked at me that way. Unlike his brother… who can't seem to take his eyes off of me.

One is my perfect match. The other one I can't stop thinking about. A few days in a remote location with both is a recipe for disaster, especially with a storm brewing.

When the lights go out this Christmas, am I going to be naughty or nice… or both?

Naughty & Nice is an addictive MFM, why-choose, snowed-in, one-bed, Christmas standalone from the USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling author Tracy Lorraine. It is a why-choose romance, meaning our leading lady has several love interests and never has to choose to find her HEA.

🦸🏼‍♀️ The Heroine: Noelle

Noelle and her best friend Hendrix escape to a remote Canadian cabin for five days of Christmas peace — a much‑needed break from the pressures of college and the shadows of their past. Their thirteen‑hour drive feels like a small price for the comfort they’ve built together at Trinity Royal, especially considering where they came from: a childhood marked by poverty, danger, and the constant threat of violence.

Now fully estranged from her family, Noelle sees Hendrix as her anchor, the one person who helped her carve out a new life. But their quiet holiday plans shift when Wilder, Hendrix’s twin brother, unexpectedly joins them after his own trip falls apart. None of them want to return home for the holidays, and the cabin becomes a refuge — and a pressure cooker.

🦸🏻‍♂️ The Heroes: Hendrix and Wilder

Though identical, Hendrix and Wilder couldn’t be more different. Wilder is the wild card — grumpy, impulsive, and determined to drown his holiday dread in sun, booze, and casual hookups. Hendrix is his opposite: steady, gentle, academically focused, and quietly devoted to Noelle.

Their shared trauma binds them, but their coping mechanisms couldn’t be further apart. Their sister Lorelei was the lone bright spot in their bleak childhood, though even she carries scars she never speaks of. The twins’ dynamic adds emotional texture to the story, especially as their differences collide in close quarters.

📚 The Plot

Noelle is hiding something from Hendrix — something she deeply regrets. She and Wilder unknowingly hooked up on Halloween while in costume, only realizing the truth when it was too late. They all go to the same college, and Noelle has been avoiding Wilder ever since, convinced Hendrix is the one she truly wants.

Hendrix, meanwhile, has been quietly in love with Noelle for years but fears risking their bond. Everything shifts when the trio arrives at the cabin and discovers there’s only one bed. Forced proximity, unresolved tension, and buried feelings collide in a way that pushes all three of them toward truths they’ve been avoiding.

🌟 Strengths

• Hendrix and Wilder feel like fully realized individuals rather than mirror‑image twins. Their insecurities, rivalry, and loyalty add depth to the story.
• The snowed‑in, one‑bed setup delivers classic forced‑proximity tension.
• The reverse‑harem angle is unconventional here — rooted in long‑standing affection between Noelle and Hendrix, with Wilder acting as both catalyst and complication. His emotional evolution adds unexpected layers as the story progresses.

💔 Limitations

• Wilder’s voice often veers into petulance, making him feel more immature than conflicted.
• The book leans heavily into smut — great for readers craving heat, but the sheer volume overshadows the emotional and narrative development at times. I found myself skipping ahead during some of the more repetitive scenes.

🎙️ Narration

Told in dual POV with dual narrators, the audiobook features Raven Wildewood and John William Maddux. Both deliver strong performances. John’s deep, expressive tone works well for Hendrix, though his portrayal of Wilder didn’t fully land for me. Raven’s narration feels natural, warm, and age‑appropriate for Noelle, grounding the story with authenticity.

💬 Final Assessment

This audiobook blends trauma‑tinged backstories, complicated love dynamics, and holiday‑cabin forced proximity into a steamy, emotionally charged reverse‑harem romance. While the character work — especially between the twins — is compelling, the story sometimes gets lost beneath the sheer volume of intimate scenes. If you enjoy high‑heat romances with messy emotions, sibling tension, and a heroine caught between two very different men, this one delivers. If you’re craving more plot and emotional depth, you may find yourself wishing the story had taken a few more breaths between the spice.

I’m picky with my audiobooks and I absolutely LOVED this book. It kept me on my toes and I was invested throughout the whole book. It definitely added another fantasy to my already extensive list!!

Feeling naughty but it feels so nice!
