iheard nothing but good things about this book for a year and now i feel lied to. I had a hard time following what was present and what was a flash back and the the male narrators female voice was just 😣 maybe I need to do a relisten

Friends to Lovers

3.25 stars. The ending was a complete cliffhanger, which left me scratching my head. I'm interested in the second book only to have my questions answered. I wanted to like Aurelia more, but when she wasn't avenging her mother’s death, she was pining over her childhood best friend and her ex’s brother, Julian. If it sounds messy, it's because it was!

I really wanted to like this book ….. but it’s not worth it imo

There’s really no character development at all… The chapters just don’t flow well, it feels like you’re being thrown around all over the place. While listening it felt like the author was trying too hard to make it spicy. Idk I tried really hard to stick with it but I can’t finish it.
