Narrator Campfire Tone

Female narrator sounds as if she is reading a story by the campfire.
Lux is annoying. I was not able to connect with either of the characters. I am sorry I wasted a credit on this book.

I wanted to like it so I listened to the end. Idk lux and roman are interesting. It’s hard to listen to her explain her feelings. The dominating man thing is a little over explained. Idk. Not bad for being free.

Give it a chance! Great book

I wish it was longer because it’s a good book that actually keeps you guessing. you have no idea what’s going to happen next it is heated, sexy, and intriguing.

Noped out at chpt 5

I will be so happy when authors stop writing pick-me "best friends" that disregard the MC's boundaries as a means to get what they want (social status, proximity to the "elites", etc.), and the FMC's that are just ok with being assaulted because the MMC has a deep voice *eye roll*. Narrators do good work, in general, so that's why I rated it as high as I did.

I actually liked the story! it kept me interested and the actors voices I enjoyed!
