After leaving Netherfield, Fitzwilliam Darcy hopes to escape the memory of Elizabeth Bennet.

Yet, he cannot escape her in his dreams, where she angrily rejects his suit. As these dreams seem partially prophetic, Darcy begins to reconsider his actions in Hertfordshire.

Unbeknownst to him, Elizabeth is experiencing similar dreams, seeing a different side of Darcy than the haughty demeanor he initially displayed. When they meet again in Kent, their reunion is unexpectedly amiable especially as they come to realize they shared a dream of the future.

However, both families have those determined to keep them apart. Will their dreams unite them or drive them further apart? Join our dear couple as they fight against those who would make their dreams a nightmare.

Darcy and Elizabeth settled their misunderstandings very early on in the story. But they had many problems to deal with before they got their HEA. A few too many for me, but still somehow a little too easily resolved. The dual narration was very good.

Enjoyable

I love a goid story where Darcy and Elizabeth come together early and instead of facing the angst between themselves it's them against the world. If you enjoy stories like this as well I highly recommend. Harry and Elizabeth are both two of my favorite narrators and to get them together was a special treat.

Beautiful story

This was enjoyable, but I wouldn't put it in a favorite category. The story was familiar in some ways that I felt I've read before in others, but it also had elements that were completely new. I know that this JAFF category is vast, so having unique storylines is in itself a win. I feel like the writing style was a bit generic and jumped from thought to thought a bit randomly, I also love great dialogue in my JAFF, and I felt like it was a bit bland in this story. That said, it was nice and long and overall it came together well. For me it was not immersive and emotional, it was generally entertaining, so worth a credit. But this is not one of the ones I will jump back to listening to over and over.

Another reason this is not a repeat listen is the narration. Harry Frost is amazing!!! I love his quirky reading style, Elizabeth Grace on the other hand has a really heavy reading voice, and although I have enjoyed her narration in other books, the mix of the 2 different styles in the book did not at all work for me. HF should have narrated the entire book, it would have felt more cohesive and probably would have made the book more enjoyable.

This was a sweet Elizabeth and Darcy story. It was them against the world. This story had a dastardly Wickham and a bad Mr Bennet. Caroline and Lady Catherine were full tilt evil. Harry Frost and Elizabeth Grace gave an amazing performance. This book goes Stratton the top of my favorite list.

Wonderful Premise with Precognitive Dreams!
