Wow

This story was beautifully written. The way the author goes into detail about how autism impacts an individual and how misunderstood autistic people are. I loved going through this love story with Nol and Skylar 🥰 I highly recommend this one

Pulled Apart

This Book…just WOW!!!! Have you ever felt like your heart is being slowly taken apart, like someone is pulling a string and your heart is disheveling moment by moment. There are a few times when you think, this is good, but it never feels complete, then you are…empty…you stare around and wonder how you got there, and why are we there…to then turn and see your heart is safe and fuller then it was before?? You haven’t? Then you obviously have not experienced Nolan and Skyler because that is how this book felt. The narrators did a fantastic job with telling the story and allowing the reader to get lost in the storm. This is my first full book by Jessie Walker (currently also reading Where There’s a Will) and I am ready to read more, this was written so well that I did not have a favorite character. Which, I always have a favorite, but I love Nolan and Sky the same and could not pick between them. I love that they are so different and how they complete each other in a way that I could not have predicted.

Loved the autism representation was greatly done and the alcoholism was done well also loved the story and the characters

Great narrating. If there is love like in this story, I want it. So much, so sweet, so strong. Amazing story, beautiful characters, and my favorite Vermont. enjoyed it so much.

such a beautifully heart wrenching story

first let me say that the narration was top notch on this one. this book is very well written with so many ups and downs. Yet it was also full of hope which is exceptional when writing a love story with so many ups and downs.

Highly Recommend this must read/Listen you will not regret it

I loved the book but the audio was what I was waiting for and it did not disappoint! Liam and Aiden did an amazing job as usual. I loooved this book. Nolan and Skyler was just 💕💕💕. My favorite book of the series.

This was my first book by this author and I absolutely loved it! what an epic love story filled with all the emotion and challenges that brought all the feelings. Aiden Snow is always a favorite and was amazing here and Liam really nailed some emotional scenes so well.

This book will go off personal preference how you feel about age gaps. Personally I hate them exspecially in a dynamic where the person is barely legal. I think this story would’ve benefited from the other MMC being in their mid 20s at least and then if you must have an age gap have it from there.
Someone 18 and someone many years older have vastly different life experience.

The narration was amazing I love Aiden snows work and that gravely voice.

There’s a food scene that gave me major ick so trigger warning for a strawberry scene that’s gross 🤣.

I do like the autism rep as someone Audhd I related a lot to the MMC and the sensory issues he had. Very realistic and relatable when it comes to nuerodivergence and trauma etc.

I do feel however the author was tackling a very real issue on infantalizing someone with autism and also just dehumanizing someone who is young but then conflating that with a huge age gap barely legal romance. Not sure if I am expressing this correctly how it felt to me as a reader. I think she couldn’t explored those themes just the same with the charecters being closer in age. I was groomed and dated people much older so this may be something I’m bothered by when it might be a plus to others.
