Loved

Wow. This story had me in a chokehold! It’s about a female beta but with a twist you have to listen/read to know. She was in foster care and while she’s in there, her brother left her behind. She found out years later that he’s passed away, and she finds his band and tries to discover more about him. While she doing that things happen with the band and others. I really enjoyed that it does have mm in it but it’s still all about the female she the main people in the group and not just the male omega in this story. This is a really great story. I swooned, cried, laugh all the feelings. I would definitely recommend. This is a standalone but part of a series. I read it as a standalone

destinations in the world of Omegas don't usually change but they do in this book
designations are what each character identifies as so they can be either beta omega or alpha
betas are more or less human
omegas are to me the glue of the pack, the alphas are drawn to them by smell, usually scent matches but not in this book
the alphas bond to the omega making her and her alphas a pack
but in this book the pack is 3 alphas 2 betas and one omega
the switches are the 2 betas, one becomes an alpha around the heats and the other becomes an omega
so technically there are 4 alphas and 2 omegas in this pack
the 2 switches go back and forth between betas and there others

FMC is Cassie, she is a beta who switches to omega in this book, she is also the sister of the dead rock star Strven and comes to find the group, his band to get to know her brother, she bearly knows him and wants to get to know him through his bandmates
her and her brother went into the foster system, he left when he was 14 and didn't take her with him, and he dies in his early 20s not finding his sister but he was looking for her for years even bought her a house and was hoping his friends and band mates will take care of her....they do and the bond with her, they become a pack
MMCs- Jet- her brothers best friend and band mates, he is an alpha, Steven wrote her a note and read it out loud and saying to Jet to plz take care of his sister
Tom- is Cassie's best friend, he is a paramedic, he wants her as a mate and he makes her one 1st
Silva- is a beta who switches into an alpha and he mates her 2nd, he is also a rocker and takes Stevens place in the band for the fare well tour but he becomes permanent later in the story when they rename the band to honor Steven with new lyrics Steven left behind
River- he is an omega, he was bonded to Steven before he died so it's been extremely hard for him to move on but he does with this new pack he gets bonded to the alphas in Cassie's new pack, they love him and no one wants him to leave
Kobi- is an alpha, he is a country star in another band but he joins this pack and bonds Cassie too, he becomes part of the pack and band

there is a bitch in the story, Celine who tries to work her way into the pack by stealing River, she wants him and thinks he owes her because she was with Steven too but he chose River over her and bonded him and Celine is pissed, she is an alpha and wants her omega, but River wants Cassie's pack
Celine tries to hurt them by stealing Stevens lyrics and was going to sell them to anyone who wanted them, so River and Cassie come up with a plan where he will go out on a date with her while the others steal back the lyrics Steven wrote down for Cassie and her pack

they win they get the lyrics, they perform them at the end of book and become a new band with Cassie as part of it

My heart

My heart hurt with this story, but I loved it so much! It might be my favorite of this series, although I really do love the last one a lot so it’s tough to be sure! Gosh I loved the audio just as much as when I read it for the first time on KU by itself! Can’t wait for the rest of this series to be on audio as well!

Love this whole series

I’ve read this on kindle a couple times but really like audio books so I bought this. I like the narrators, they do a nice job. The stories are obviously good. Way to go Roxy Collins. This is a rockstar omega story, always a good combo. Great characters some take a little longer than others to show their true colors but are worth the wait. HAE.
