Went in knowing nothing

And really enjoyed the storyline and am excited for book two! I didn’t expect it to be a reverse harem and I love that it went that route and how it got there. I think there is also quite a bit of depth in the world-building and lore and I’m quite impressed by that! Excited for book 2!

Good read

So, I discovered K.M. Moronova with The Fabric of Our Souls and from the moment I read that book I loved her writing.
I opened this book expecting the same sort of experience. On that end, it is my fault perhaps that I was a bit disappointed in this book.
I am not used to reading RH and I am not opposed to everything that went with it in this book.
I was a bit bored with some parts, and very grossed out with other parts.
All in all, I think this was a good read and I would def recommend it. I will be reading the next book as well.
It just didn't rattle the stars for me.

very horny YA

I found this audiobook's initial chapters quite engaging with multiple storylines, but eventually, it narrowed down to just one focus. I was disappointed by how the MFC’s dynamics unfolded, and it felt more like young adult content than anything deeper. Additionally, the narration was average and not particularly engaging, often feeling monotone at times. Overall, it just wasn’t my cup of tea.

This story is perfect with mystery and emotional romance.

This story is for sure one of the more mystery romances I’ve experienced. I always want to know what is going to happen. Trying to piece together the secrets are fantastic. I know it’s a dark story, it says it right in the description however you feel so deeply for these characters. It’s easy to forget that. I need more.!!!!!!!!!

An original plot that had me hooked

My friend recommended this to me and I loved it. The original plot was so rich in detail that I could really picture it. This is the first audio book that I’ve been able to listen to fully. I loved the voice actors & the different point of views. Definitely recommend this series!
