Could Not Finish

Everything was going good until she broke her shell and started calling him Daddy. It's as if she knew no other words. I was so tired of hearing Daddy and Little Girl that I couldn't focus on the story anymore. I really wanted to finish but the amount of see they were having it was hard to avoid it. Shame though because I think the story line was pretty interesting But the other stuff was distracting.

Sexy and seductive

The story line was great. Just enough to keep me wanting keep reading. While I found some things a bit awkward, it was only enough to peak my interest without being intrusive.

Daddy Trope

I never knew how much I hated the daddy trope until now 😭 I enjoyed the story, but it was soooo cringey!

Love the Irish mafia

This is a dark romance with some sweet moments sprinkled in. A fantasy for the damsel in distress.

The narrators were perfect for the story

I love how the story began with Leah's decision to create a better life for her and her daughter and how determined she was to make good on her decision. I love hiw the story dealt with all of the new experiences that she was experiencing and hiw her mind was processing it. The narration from Michelle Sparks definitely had me feeling some kind of way!
